Request Account Deletion

To delete your Sunsay account, you can either:

Option 1: Delete in the App

Open the Sunsay app, go to Settings, and tap Delete Account.

Option 2: Request via Email

Send a deletion request to contact@sunsay.com. Your account will be deleted within 3 business days.

What Happens to Your Data

When your account is deleted, all your personal data is permanently erased from our servers. This includes your profile information, reading history, preferences, and any other data associated with your account. Nothing is retained — your data is completely and irreversibly removed from our systems.
