To delete your Sunsay account, email contact@sunsay.com from the email address on your Sunsay account, and include your full name. No further support contact is required from you. Deletion can take up to 3 business days to fully complete.
When your account is deleted, all your personal data is permanently erased from our servers. This includes your profile information, reading history, preferences, and any other data associated with your account. Nothing is retained — your data is completely and irreversibly removed from our systems.
